LuvCall strictly forbids any use of our application, website, or services by individuals under 18 years of age. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any form of minor endangerment.

1. Age Verification & Mandatory 18+ Access

All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old upon registration. Accounts found to belong to minors or created using false information will be permanently banned immediately, with device identifiers blacklisted.

2. CSAM & CSAE Reporting & Enforcement

Any attempted upload, transmission, or request involving child sexual abuse material will result in immediate permanent account termination, IP and device banning, and direct reporting to law enforcement agencies including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local police authorities.

3. Real-Time User & Host Content Moderation

Our platform utilizes automated filters, host identity verification, and 24/7 human moderation to review content, profile media, and reports. Any content violating child safety standards is removed instantaneously.

4. How to Report Violations

If you encounter any suspected minor activity or safety violations on LuvCall, please report it immediately in-app or contact our compliance team directly at Support Portal or via email at dev@dealvaly.com. All safety reports are treated with urgent priority.
